Orders and quotations
Orders placed on this website are requests for quotation. A contract is formed when you approve the final quote and design. Prices shown are inclusive of GST and may change until the quote is approved.
Design approval
Personalised products are produced only after your written approval of the mock-up or sample. You are responsible for checking spelling, colours and logo placement in the approved design, and for having the right to use any logo you supply.
Payment
Payment is due as per the approved quotation, by bank transfer or other agreed methods. Production may begin after advance payment where specified.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on quantity, branding method and destination PIN codes. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer or by events beyond our control.
