Shipping & Returns

Delivery charges
Door delivery starts at ₹50 per shipment to one address anywhere in India, including packing, labelling, WhatsApp tracking and proof of delivery. Heavy, oversized or remote-area shipments may cost more and are always shown on your quote.
Timelines
Ready-stock items without branding typically dispatch in 2–4 working days. Branded orders dispatch 5–10 working days after design approval, depending on quantity. Transit time is usually 2–7 days depending on the PIN code.
Tracking & proof of delivery
Every shipment gets a tracking ID shared on WhatsApp. Proof of delivery is recorded and available in your dashboard.
Damages & returns
Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the affected units.
Undeliverable addresses
If a shipment returns because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, re-delivery is charged at the standard shipment rate.
